We want you to be happy with your purchase! Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

🧾 Paid $2.98 Return Insurance? Return shipping is FREE — just use the label from the portal.

❌ Didn’t purchase Return Insurance? You’ll still use the portal, but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

🚚 Exchanges: Treated like a new order — you’ll pay for shipping the replacement item back to you.

🥀 Orders with Free Shipping: Can be returned for exchange or store credit only (not eligible for refund).

✅ What Can Be Returned

Items in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags (if applicable) Free of stains, smells, or damage, and in resellable condition Toys and packaged items must be complete and unopened. Please fold garments carefully, balled up tee shirts will be rejected. 

❌ What Can't Be Returned

Gift cards, Sale items (final sale), Items purchased with Free Shipping (exchange or store credit only)

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Insurance ($2.98): If purchased, we’ll cover your return shipping label.
  • No Return Insurance? You’ll still initiate the return via the portal, but you’ll pay for the return shipping.
  • Exchanges: Treated as a new order — you’ll receive an invoice to cover shipping the new item to you.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
  • Your bank may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

🔄 Exchanges

  • 👉 Start Your Exchange Here
  • Return shipping is free only if you purchased Return Insurance.
  • Shipping the new item out is invoiced separately — it’s treated like a new order.

🎁 Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and it qualifies for a return, you’ll receive store credit once the return is approved.
