LOVE!
I became a Deadhead when my brother introduced them to me in 1968. I gravitate to their music in the 60s and 70s, but what a long strange trip it’s been and continues to be.
Bob, thanks for the memories and being part of my life.
RIP THERE’S NO SUMMER ON THE CAPE WITHOUT LISTENING TO THE DEAD ON THE DECK WATCHING THE SUN SET
There is a new generation of people discovering the dead thanks to the people Bob brought in to play their songs. I’m 40 and I grew up around people who were second generation deadheads and now the torch passes again. I think in a way it will never end. Thanks Bob!
I was taking my little niece to lunch in Eugene, Oregon the day Jerry died. It is etched in my memory. Same for Bobby. Hard to explain to some why this is so emotional.
