We are a small company and there’s such a small mark up on the merchandise we can’t afford to do exchanges as we have no way to charge your card for any difference in price or additional shipping AND we like to make sure we even have what you want in stock so here’s our solution:
If we make a mistake on an order (like shipping the wrong item, size or defective product which is rare), we will make it right, just contact us to let us know.
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the correct item and send the incorrect item back to us for a refund. Customer is responsible for paying to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned item (original shipping costs are not refundable).
We represent many vendors and we'd like you to ship items back to the warehouse that they came from. If a customer needs to return and item to us, we ask that you notify us within one week of receiving the shipment so we can tell you where to send it. Shipments that are returned without our prior approval will not be processed.
All items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached (if applicable) and be free of any stains or smells to qualify for a return. All toys and items in retail packaging must be returned in their original condition with all pieces and unopened packaging.
If a customer would like to return an item for a refund, or exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item minus any shipping costs (original shipping costs are not refundable).
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS BOUGHT WITH FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
