Return and Refund Policy

RETURN QUALIFICATIONS 

If a customer needs to return and item to us, we require that you notify us within one week of receiving the shipment. Shipments that are returned without our prior approval will not be processed. All clothing items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached (if applicable) and be free of any stains or smells to qualify for a return. All toys and items in retail packaging must be returned in their original condition with all pieces and unopened packaging.

 RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FROM U.S. or INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If we make a mistake on an order (like shipping the wrong item, size or defective product which is rare), we will make it right, just contact us to let us know.

If a U.S. customer would like to return an item for a refund, or exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item minus any shipping costs (original shipping costs are not refundable).

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the correct item and send the incorrect item back to us for a refund. Customer is responsible for paying to get the item to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned item (original shipping costs are not refundable).
