Where do I send Items that I want to return? Please email us before you return a product as we represent many vendors and we would like you to send the product back to the correct vendor.
Each item we sell comes with a 30-day guarantee against defects. We inspect each item as it leaves our shop, returns for defect are very rare. Defective merchandise will be replaced immediately upon receipt of the defective product. We will issue a refund immediately or re-ship the item back to you free of charge.
Merchandise can be returned for exchanges or refunds within 30 days after purchase provided they have not been worn soiled or damaged. Returns must be in re-saleable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges that apply to returns.
