eDeadShop.com Online Shakedown was conceived while on the first Further tour in 1996. The "96" Further Festival was the first time the Grateful Dead allowed vendors inside the show. There were 38 shows in 45 days, and I had a booth working for Grateful Graphics and Castle Tie Dye. The internet was starting to gain traction, so I wanted to put all the vendors I met onto a website where folks could buy items that they didn't want to carry around at the show. When the tour was over I set to work. My first order was from a professor of economics at Yale University. I think that he simply wanted to see if he would even get the stickers he ordered. He did, and the rest is history... For over 25 years we have been delivering the highest quality products available thru our partner vendors and have amassed thousands of happy customers. Why is my order incomplete? As an online shakedown we represent many vendors so orders with more than one item may ship from more than one warehouse. If your item was out of stock (which is very rare) you would have been notified by both email and phone. Where do I send Items that I want to return? We represent many vendors and we'd like you to send your purchase back to the manufacturer Start your return here and you will be sent additional information on how and where to send it. Shipments that are returned without our prior approval will not be processed. Do you have a size Chart? We do click here for the size chart though all measurements are approximate. When will I get my stuff? Most orders are usually processed in 1 business day, and take approx 3-5 days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday Afternoon, Saturday or Sunday usually do not leave the shop until Monday afternoon. Each item we sell comes with a 30-day guarantee against defects. We inspect each item as it leaves our shop, returns for defect are very rare. Defective merchandise will be replaced immediately upon receipt of the defective product. We will issue a refund immediately or re-ship the item back to you free of charge. |
