About Us: Online Shakedown was conceived by me Peter Barry Bickmore in 1996 while on Further tour. The concept was to tie the finest merchandise from all of the tour and parking lot vendors together on one big web site. For over 10 years we have been delivering the highest quality products available and have ammassed thousands of happy customers.

We prefer that you order online it places your order instantly into our business process...and insures the fastest delivery...but if you like you can order by mail...

Order by Mail:
We accept checks or money orders by mail. Just use the site to compile your order, your shipping will be calculated by the shopping cart, and when you check out...print the order form and send it to us with your payment. Please emailus for the address we had to take it off the site because people were sending their returns there.

Where do I send Items that I want to return? Please emailus before you return a product as we represent many vendors and we would like you to send the product back to the correct vendor.


Why is my order incomplete? As an online shakedown we represent many vendors so orders with more than one item may ship from more than one warehouse. If your item was out of stock (which is very rare) you would have been notified by both email and phone.

Do you have a size Chart? We do click here for the size chart though all measurements are approximate.  

When will I get my stuff? Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and take approx 5-7 days for standard delivery. Orders placed on Friday Afternoon, Saturday or Sunday usually do not leave the shop until Monday afternoon.

Each item we sell comes with a 30-day guarantee against defects.  We inspect each item as it leaves our shop, returns for defect are very rare. Defective merchandise will be replaced immediately upon receipt of the defective product. We will issue a refund immediately or re-ship the item back to you free of charge. 

Merchandise can be returned for exchanges or refunds within 30 days after purchase provided they have not been worn soiled or damaged. Returns must be in re-saleable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges that apply to returns.

If there are any problems with my order, will I be informed? If there are any problems with your order (i.e. an item is out of stock, your credit card information was invalid, etc.), you should receive an email from an online services representative or a phone call within 2 business days.

If I have already placed an order on the web, can I change it? You can change or cancel your order by sending an email to We will do our best to change your order providing you reach us before your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer a printed catalog?Are all your products listed on the Web site? We get a  lot of requests for our catalog but in an effort to reduce, reuse and recycle and because our stock is constantly changing...

We have refrained from printing a catalog at this time... Our web site is updated daily as inventory changes and ask folks to please check our site often to see our latest line up.

How can I find out if the product I want to order is in stock? We have all items in all size as listed on the page...and strive to provide you with the most accurate product availability data possible, but if for some reason there is a problem with your order, we will contact you for resolution, so please use accurate contact information when placing your order...
